Well, I got my first bill and on the U-verse side it was perfect, just as they said. No fee for the video and a 50 dollar installation fee, which was worth it. The internet billed correctly and I got my 20 dollar bundled discount. However, my problem is that I got two bills. One for my copper line and DSL, which should be been migrated and I shouldn’t have been billed at all for DSL. The sales rep failed to explain that I would receive separate billing for my voice and video/data services. I did call into billing and spoke with an agent that was very friendly and professional.

He apologized and informed me that the DSL should have never billed and that he would take it off immediately and make sure it didn’t happen again next month. So, all in all it wasn’t so painful, there was a problem but AT&T was able to easily resolve it, and that is good. I didn’t even get transferred once.
